The Benefit Coordinators believe in the use of Supplemental Programs. Why? Several reasons are very clear.
Should a federal employee become uninsurable for any reason and leave the federal workforce, the governments benefits will not transfer. This is plain and simple.
Another reason is if a federal employee leaves the federal workforce, the governments benefits will not transfer. This to is plain and simple.
Also, core benefits for spouse and children, other than health insurance are very minimal.
The Benefit Coordinators have chosen for the benefit of the government employee to offer a broad scope of supplemental programs.
All programs are convertible to civilian employment. This means if an employee leaves federal service, for any reason, our programs transfer with the employee. Also, several programs are available to the spouse and children of a current employee.
